Battery products shipped to Europe by sea

Based on our operational experience, we can currently handle sea freight for battery (with batteries) goods, including various dry batteries, lithium batteries, laptop batteries, electric vehicle batteries, cadmium nickel batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, button batteries, rechargeable batteries, etc. Through compliant declaration and using dangerous goods containers, the goods can be shipped to major European ports such as, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Felixstowe , etc.

Packaging Requirements for battery products

1, The outer box packaging must be sturdy and clean, non-cardboard packaging is not accepted, packaging cannot be altered, and the box must not have cutting marks. Yellow tape is not allowed for sealing the box.

2, The weight of a single box for pure batteries must not exceed 10.0KG.

3, The power of each battery must be indicated on the surface, and there must be packaging (plastic bags and small paper boxes).

4, The high power of lithium-ion batteries must not exceed 100WH (current AH * voltage V, 1ah = 1000mah).

5, For lithium-ion battery packs/lithium-ion battery cells of 2.7WH or less, the weight of each lithium battery in each package must be less than 2.5KG, and each inner box must contain two or fewer lithium battery cells.

6, For lithium-ion battery cells of 2.7WH but not more than 20WH, each inner box must contain two or fewer lithium battery cells.

7, For lithium-ion battery packs exceeding 2.7WH but not more than 100WH, each inner box must contain two or fewer lithium battery packs.

8, A battery label (size 74*105MM, non-foldable) must be affixed to each inner box.

9, Batteries of three different powers (A, B, C) must not be packed in the same box.
