My Freight story - the logistics project of Dubai Metro(02)

Six giants grab the logistics, we're a small shrimp

The Dubai Metro project initially had seven freight companies involved, four of which were from Global.

One of them was Panalpina, one of the largest freight companies in the world.

Another was Agility, the largest freight forwarding company in the Middle East, whose family is involved in the oil industry.

There were also two large local companies from Shenzhen, each with over 1,000 employees, considered major giants in the industry.

At that time, we had only about 40 people, making us the smallest competitor.

Despite the involvement of so many large giants, all competing for this project, why did NCL eventually become the exclusive, sole freight forwarder?

What process did we go through to achieve this?
