Encountering Unfair Competition, Debunking Low-Level Lies




During the freight process, we encountered numerous unfair tactics from competitors. On one occasion, the logistics manager of the owner company was traveling with a freight forwarder from Shenzhen to a factory in Dongguan when the freight forwarder claimed that our cargo was damaged at Dubai Airport.

Upon hearing this, the owner was very anxious and called to inquire, while we knew this was a lie. The flight had just taken off from Hong Kong Airport for a little over an hour and had not yet reached Dubai Airport.




We quickly sent the takeoff time screenshot to the client. The client immediately exposed the freight forwarder's lie in the vehicle, angrily demanded to stop, and expressed a reluctance to work with a lying freight forwarder.

By treating our clients sincerely, they will speak up for us. Sometimes, commercial competition can be so despicable, but as long as we are sincere, we can cope with it.
