Reverse Thinking Prevails: Freight Solution Found in 2 Hours
International freight forwarding is like an intricate global web, and NCL are the skilled weavers. We leverage our extensive resources and expertise to build efficient and reliable logistics bridges for our clients.
Recall the 28-ton fabric airfreight challenge? The client's cargo was stranded in Shanghai, with no direct cargo flights to St. Petersburg in sight. Faced with a seemingly impossible challenge, the NCL team demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Rather than limiting our focus to Shanghai, we expanded our search across the Asia-Pacific region, actively seeking alternative solutions. Utilizing our vast industry network, we quickly identified Incheon Airport in South Korea. Not only did Incheon have direct cargo flights to St. Petersburg, but it also boasted ample capacity with two flights per week, each capable of carrying 100 tons of cargo.
But this was just the first step. How could we efficiently transport 28 tons of fabric from Shanghai to Incheon? The NCL team once again showcased its sharp insight and execution. We opted for four China Eastern Airlines flights, transporting the cargo in batches to Incheon, seamlessly connecting with the Incheon-St. Petersburg flights.
The entire process of formulating and executing the plan was incredibly swift, taking only 2 hours! Upon learning of this, the client expressed sincere admiration for NCL's efficiency and professionalism.
NCL's success is no accident. It stems from our deep understanding of the global network and precise comprehension of client needs. We firmly believe that with dedicated weaving, we can create endless possibilities for our clients.
