Global Coordination of PGA Boards to Solve Air Freight Challenges

Facing air freight challenges, we coordinated the global dispatch of PGA boards to meet the needs of the Dubai Metro project. Since a 747 airplane usually can only carry one piece of PGA board, we had to communicate with airlines to secure more loading opportunities.

The global supply of PGA boards is limited and mainly used for transporting large equipment and heavy cargo. We coordinated with major airlines and even helped them borrow PGA boards to ensure our goods could reach Dubai on time.

During this process, we demonstrated excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
